Every Evri courier review counts for the courier and helps managers know the courier is making a valuable contribution to the company.

If you have an active Evri account and logged in through the Evri App, click on the appropriate delivery listed in “Track.”
Check the Tracking Number / barcode number matches the delivery you wish to enquire about.
Click on the correct delivery to continue.
The next screen should look something like this…
Next, scroll down until you see “Rate your courier”
Click on the button “Rate your courier”
The next screen should show your couriers name, a circular image of your couriers profile picture, and around the image will have text detailing the delivery information.
Tap on the number of stars you wish to give.
When choosing 3 – 5 star ratings the following choices become available.
Click on the badges you’d like to use.
Below the badges there is a text box under “Leave your feedback (optional)” to include any written comments or send a more personal message.
You can scroll down and click “Submit feedback” from here, gifting the chosen stars and badges, if you don’t wish to leave a comment.

Messages & comments can be read by both the courier and managers and the 5 ⭐️ rating can raise a couriers average higher with every contribution.
Don’t forget to click “Submit feedback” to send your review after taking the time to write it.
