Can’t Find The Delivery Conformation Email?
Not to worry! You can access your package information using only the Tracking Number / barcode number and the postcode used in the delivery.
Click the image below to load Evri.com and either click the 3 lines in the top right corner, or scroll down to the very bottom to find this list of options.
From these options you can choose…
1. Track
From here enter the Tracking Number and postcode when prompted.
Then follow the instructions on how to find “Rate your courier” from page 1.
This is the simplest way to navigate the complaint without access to the Evri App or without an Evri account.
